The ZW8-12 outdoor high voltage vacuum breaker is a kinds of outdoor power distribution equipments of rates voltage 12KV and three-phrase AC 50Hz. the popular name is pole top switch,with composite insulation,put operating mechanism in one side,convenient maintenance,elevation:≤2000m,avoid oil and gas leakage.one of the best choice for outdoor distribution equipments.
With over-current protection,inrush current controller can close inrush current and instantaneous overcurrent delay, short circuit break quickly; with manual and power for stored energy,it can use remote control too.matching with FTU controller to achieve distribution automation, matching with recloser controller to recloser too.
Product Features:
1.Use three-phase together box type,fully-enclosed strcture.
2.Use porcelain vacuum arcing chamber,cup shape and longitudinal magnetic field structure,strong arc extinguishing,adopts special contactor material, easy to control overvoltage.
3.Others use silicon rubber insulation,advantage:good hydrophobic nature,anti-aging, anti-condensation and anti-pollution on the surface and so on. increase creepage distance on the surface, protective insulation.
4.Use composite insulating(dryinsulation) in box,between pole and pole to ground use SMC insulation cover;seal the box joints with seals,with hygroscopic agent in the bottom of box,to ensure air drying.
5.Three-phase linkage,evident visible fracture while isolate switch opening,there is anti-misuse interlocking in isolate switch and circuit breaker.prevent to open/close isolate switch with load, except circuit breaker opening,it can not operate isolate switch.it is eady to maintain.
6.With 5pcs single-coil current transformer, it can protect,measure and calculate signal.it can select transformation ratio is 50~630/5.
7.Use spring operating mechanism,with manual and power,with overcurrent release.reclose in one time.
